Shipping Times
See item description for production times for this item. Usually, personalized items cannot be rushed or shipped Overnight or 2-day from the date of order, however these items can use this service for shipping when they are ready to ship. If expedited shipping service is selected on the order form, this service will be used when the items are ready to ship after the production time listed in the item description. If other items are on the same order, all items are completed before the order ships.

Errors
We are happy to correct any mistakes in engraving, however, if the mistake was due to the name being entered incorrectly by the customer, another charge for the item will apply.

Returns
Due to items having been personalized OR custom ordered, these items are now unable to be sold again. For this reason, personalized items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. All sales of personalized, custom, or special order items are final.

Hand Personalization
Some items such as wedding ornaments are personalized by hand in our creative production department. Selection of fonts for this is not applicable.

Computer Engraved Fonts
Below, you will see sample fonts and photos for our Script and Block types for spelled out text. These font styles provide you with the optimum height for your letters when engraving names and dates.

The script monogram below is used on most items because it well-represents the script in a space that can be limited on some items. If an item uses another script, it will show that script type. The most common items using a different font for the script monogram are some tussy mussies.

On select glass and crystal items (indicated on the item's page), you have the option of adding color to your engraving which gives your engraving that extra "pop" in appearance. If you choose not to add color, the engraving still displays its regular "cut" appearance. Available colors are displayed below and can be selected on your item's page (if available for your item).
