Always
check your account first to view your order's
status instantly
In the upper-right of the screen, you'll see
the words "My Account". Cilck that.
If you're not logged in, you'll have to then
log in. Once that's done and you're presented
with the next screen, look down at the bottom
and you'll see "Order History". Click
that and you'll be presented with your list
of orders where you can select one to view the
details for.
Orders only go through 3 stages and if your
email address is correct in the account, you'll
receive an email update at each of these:
Order Received - is when our system
receives your order when you place it.
Processing Order - this includes all
the time during which your order is preparing
to ship. If you have personalized items, your
order will remain in "processing"
until those items are completed and ready to
ship. See item descriptions for that length
of time. We are unable to provide further details
about processing because all items have different
aspects to their processing before they ship.
Shipped - This is when your order has
entered our shipping channel. You will receive
an automated notice from our system. If you
selected a shipping service such as UPS, you'll
also receive a notice from their system with
the shipment's details including tracking.
Those are the only stages of a normal order's
process. If items are back-ordered or there
has been any payment problems with your order,
those details will also be reflected in your
account.
