These items are custom products and cannot be rushed nor cancelled. We have posted this information in accordance with credit card company policies which prevents the ability to charge-back an order for a custom and personalized product. If rush shipping is selected, the rush will be applied when the order is ready to ship at the end of the production time stated in the item description. Until the end of that time, your order will simply be in progress.

Availability of Products
We attempt to keep our digital catalog current, but due to demand for certain products, our stock may result in extended shipping times. If this is the case, we attempt to notify our customers as soon as possible so they will know when to expect the items or if they need to make other plans to obtain the products. Some products such as custom photo albums or items requiring engraving or personalization will have varied shipping times.

Personalized Items
weddingdepot.com offers a variety of items that may include a variety of personalization. This may include imprinting on albums, engraving on glasses or metal items, as well as embroidery on some fabric items. All items that can be personalized are labeled as such within the item description AND there will be an engraving input blank on that item's page. If an item does not have an input blank for engraving, we or our supplier do not offer engraving for that item, but you can mostl likely have it engraved at a location near you. The most common locations are trophy or awards stores. Some mall gift-shops also offer engraving.
