ships to many countries around the world. We are available
for special shipping, but here is a list of countries/areas
that our shopping cart is configured for. Due to extremely
long shipping delays, we have temporarily discontinued shipping
to the U.K.

Damages
to Orders During Shipment
If items are damaged during a single shipping,
notification must be made to Wedding Depot within
10 days of the receipt date. Items will be exchanged
for the same item unless it is no longer available.
In such case that there are no exact replacements
available, the dollar amount of the item will
be refunded to the customer. If the item is
still current, only an exchange is allowable.
It will be up to Wedding Depot whether the damaged
item needs to be shipped back to us. Often,
photos of the damage can be used to complete
the process.
Denied
or Refused Delivery
If
any shipment from WeddingDepot.com cannot be
delivered for any reason - including but not
limited to it being refused by the customer
at the time of attempted delivery, or if there
are not sufficient recipients at the delivery
address allowing for delivery of the package,
the customer is responsible for 100% of the
original shipping fees as well as any return
shipping fees that WeddingDepot.com. Some delivery
companies charge for return shipments just as
if it was a new shipment. If the order is to
ship again per the customer's request, the original
shipping fee will again be applied as it was
originally on the first shipment assuming the
contents remain the same. If orders are refused
by the customer, they accept responsibilty for
the package for the return transit to Wedding
Depot which includes loss and/or damage.
Corrections
to Orders
Although
we make every attempt at providing accuracy
in the shipment of our orders, we realize that
orders are subject to mistakes. If the incorrect
item or quantity has been shipped to you, please
contact us within 10 days of the receipt date
to remedy the order. Items will be compared
with the original order placed by the customer
and received by our online system in order to
determine any mistakes in shipping occurred.
If the shipment matches the order placed, the
shipment of additional items will be treated
as a separate order and shipping will be billed
to the customer as such.
International
Shipments
Each country may impose import taxes or VAT
(value added taxes) on their residents. These
amounts are not collected by Wedding Depot.
If your country selects to impose this sort
of tax, it is between that country and the customer.
The country will bill or collect that tax amount
from the customer directly.
Shipping
Costs
In
order to provide each customer with the best
shipping options, our website provides individual
shipping costs for you during checkout BEFORE
you commit to the order. US Mail and UPS fees
are displayed for all orders which qualify.
Rates are displayed according to what is in
your shopping cart (used to calculate weight)
and where the order is being shipped. This allows
you to review the costs and choose the service
that is best for you... all before checking
out. It's absolutely the best way to provide
you the most efficient shipping.
Shipping
Times
The order placement date does not designate
that day as being the date the order will ship.
Orders are usually shipped from our location
within an average of 3 business days of the
order placement time. This does not include
special order items or personalized items which
have production times listed in their item descriptions.
If you have several items in your order, the
item with the longest production time determines
when the order is shipped. For example, if you
have an item that requires 3-5 days and another
item that requires 12-14 days, the order will
ship when the item is completed at the end of
the 14 days. If you require items before then,
simply place those in a separate order. Once
orders leave our location, we are unable to
alter their speed of delivery.
Expedited
Delivery
If
you select an expedited service such as 2-Day,
1-Day, etc., that designates how long the delivery
company will have your package in their possession.
Selecting such a service does not mean that
your order will ship on the date of order placement.
The delivery service you select will be used
after any order processing or production periods
required for your order.
