During checkout, each customer has the choice
whether to insure their order against loss or
damage. You can see the service you ordered
by viewing your order in the My Account / Order
History section of the websie as well as in
your order confirmation that was emailed to
you. If you selected UPS (United Parcel Service),
your order was insured. If you selected NOT
to insure your order and use US Mail, the order
was not insured. Each customer gets to decide
whether they want to ensure their order against
loss or damage. By not insuring an order, a
customer accepts responsibility for the order
- just as indicated during checkout.

and you have experienced an order loss or damage
to an order, please use the link below to contact
us. To resolve a damage more quickly, supplying
clear and in-focus photos will help speed up
the process dramatically, so you can prepare
those for when a customer service representative
contacts you.
