First, check your account to ensure your order
has already shipped. If it has NOT shipped,
check the your item descriptions for production
times of your items - especially personalized
items - so you can calculate the estimated shipping
date of your order.
If your order has shipped as indicated by your
account, the order was shipped using the service
you chose during checkout. You had the choice
of two services during checkout which are US
Mail (which does not
include tracking) and UPS (which does
include tracking).
US MAIL (no tracking):
If you selected this non-tracking shipping method
during checkout and your order has shipped,
we are NOT provided any more information from
the US Postal Service, so unfortunately we cannot
provide you any more information other than
the order has shipped. We and you are totally
dependent on their handling your order, and
delivery times can vary a LOT compared to what
they post in their advertising.
UPS (including tracking): If you selected
UPS and your order ahs shipped, you were emailed
tracking information on your order. Please view
your email box (including your SPAM box) for
the tracking information for your order. UPS
will be able to better predict the delivery
time for your area and for the service you selected.
